ingredients

  • Szechuan Green Beans

    • 500 grambaby green beans(sliced into half)
    • 200 gramground chicken
    • 25 gramcurly chili
    • 2.5 tbspminced garlic
    • 2.5 tbspcooking oil
    • 2 tbspcooking wine
    • 2 tbspsesame oil
    • 2 tbspvegetable oil
    • 2 tbspoyster sauce
    • 2 tbspfish sauce
    • 0.5 tbspsalt
    • 1 tsppepper
    • 0.5 tbspmushroom stock

instructions

Making stir fry green beans

  1. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the green beans and cook until the green beans are half-cooked.
  3. Take out the green beans from the frying pan, put the green beans on a kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil

Making szechuan green beans

  1. Heat vegetable oil and sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic, fish sauce, and cooking wine. Stir it well and let it cook until it is fragrant.
  3. Add curly chili and ground chicken. Stir it until the ground chicken is half-cooked.
  4. Add oyster sauce, salt, pepper, and mushroom stock. Cook it until the ground chicken is cooked thoroughly.
  5. Add the half-cooked green beans and cook it until it's done.
  6. After the green beans are well-done serve the szechuan green beans on a plate.
