Making stir fry green beans
- Heat cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the green beans and cook until the green beans are half-cooked.
- Take out the green beans from the frying pan, put the green beans on a kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil
Making szechuan green beans
- Heat vegetable oil and sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic, fish sauce, and cooking wine. Stir it well and let it cook until it is fragrant.
- Add curly chili and ground chicken. Stir it until the ground chicken is half-cooked.
- Add oyster sauce, salt, pepper, and mushroom stock. Cook it until the ground chicken is cooked thoroughly.
