Spaghetti pasta originated in Italy and is made from durum flour. This Italian food has spread throughout Europe, and even throughout the world.
There are many ways to eat this food, you can use a simple sauce using tomato sauce, or a cream sauce and it can also be eaten with ingredients such as seafood, chicken, pork or beef.
For this recipe, I will be making spaghetti carbonara. Carbonara is a type of sauce that is very thick, creamy and rich. This sauce can be mixed with fettuccine pasta or with the spaghetti that I made this time, it doesn't matter.
In the recipe that I made using cheddar cheese, the general recipes usually use parmesan cheese. If you don't have parmesan or cheddar cheese at your place, you can use another type of cheese, no problem.
Additional notes:
When putting eggs at the end of cooking you have to turn off the fire so that the eggs don't get scrambled.
Put the spaghetti pasta in boiled water after the water boils. Cook it for around 10 minutes with medium heat.
