Mac and Cheese
- 250 grammacaroni pasta
- 60 gramcheese
- 400 mlmilk
- 1 tspgarlic(minced)
- 1 tbspbutter
- 1 tbspall purpose flour
- 1 tspsalt
- 1 tsppepper

Mac and Cheese
- Prepare the water in a pot, and bring it to boil. Put the macaroni in after the water boils. It takes around 10 minutes to be cooked.
- After the macaroni is cooked. Drain it and then put it in a pot or bowl. Let it rest.
- In a pan, put 1 tbsp of butter and 1 tsp of mince garlic. Stir it until the garlic turns brown and fragrant.
- After the garlic browns and fragrant. Add 1 tbsp of all-purpose flour to make the butter thick. Stir it well and evenly.
- The butter will be thick after adding the all-purpose flour. Pour some milk in, do not wait too long, it can be overcooked. Stir it gently.
- After the milk is boiled, add the cheese to make it creamy and thick.
- Add some seasonings, 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of pepper.
- Put the macaroni in the pot. Stir it well and gently.
- Just stir it and mix it well. It will be sticky and creamy. That means the Mac and Cheese cooked very well. Enjoy it while it's hot!
