Ingredients for the Black Pepper Sauce
- 1 tspgarlic(minced)
- 2 tbspsweet soy sauce(can be substituted with honey)
- 1 tbspsoy sauce
- 1 tbspoyster sauce
- 1 tspsalt
- 1 tspblack pepper
- 1 tbspcornstarch
- 2 tbspcooking oil
- 150 mlwater
Ingredients for the Burger Steak
- 100 gramground beef
- 1 pc(s)egg
- 0.5 pcsonion
- 1 tspsalt
- 1 tsppepper
- 1 tspall purpose flour
- 1 tbspcooking oil

Making the Black pepper sauce
- Get a pan, and pour the cooking oil. Turn on the fire with medium heat. Put the minced garlic. Stir it until fragrant
- Add 100 ml of water, salt, black pepper, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce and the oyster sauce. Stir it gently
- To make the sauce thick we need cornstarch. Get a small bowl, put a tablespoon of cornstarch and add 50 ml of water, mix it.
- Mix cornstarch with the sauce, slowly. Keep stirring it until it boils and the water reduces. Approximately 3 - 4 minutes
- After the sauce thicken, turn off the heat and set aside.
Making the Burger Steak
- First thing is dice the onion into small pieces. Get a bowl, and put the onion, ground beef, salt, pepper, egg and all-purpose flour. Mix it well
- Make a round shape and put it on a plate. Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes to make the patties firm and easier to cook
- After 30 minutes, take the patties out from the fridge. Get a pan, and pour the cooking oil. Turn on the fire with medium heat. Put those patties on the pan
- Cook the patties for around 4 - 5 minutes. You can flip it a few times. After that, you can turn off the fire. Take it out from the pan and set it aside.
- Put those patties on a plate and add the black pepper sauce on the top. Burger Steak with Black Pepper Sauce is ready to serve!
