For the beef yakiniku
- 200 gramsliced beef
- 0.5 piecebell pepper

- 1 tbspfish oil
- 1 tbspcooking wine
- 2 tbspcooking oil
instructions
Making beef yakiniku
- Cut the onion into thin slices. Make sure you cut it thin enough to make it easier to cook or you can have it bigger for preference.
- Cut the top and bottom parts a bit, and cut from inside to remove the core. After the core is removed, thinly slice the bell pepper.
- Heat cooking oil in pan frying pan over high heat.
- Put in garlic, sliced onion and bell pepper and let it cook slightly, and then add slice beef and stir it well.
- After the beef turn slightly brown, add in salt, pepper, mushroom stock, cooking wine and sesame oil and stir it again until the beef cook thoroughly.
- After the beef cooked thoroughly move it to plate for serving.
